岗位要求：
一、 职位概述
作为会议团队销售副总监，直接向销售总监或市场销售总监汇报，负责领导会议销售团队，制定并执行销售战略，以达成及超越酒店会议、宴会及团队客房的营收预算。是酒店在MICE（会议、奖励旅游、大型企业会议、活动展览）市场的关键推动者。
二、 核心职责
1. 战略领导与营收管理：
· 制定年度会议团队销售计划、预算及市场策略。
· 分析市场趋势、竞争对手动态，调整销售策略以保持竞争优势。
· 管理团队房价及会议套餐价格体系，确保收益最大化。
· 负责维护及开发关键顶级客户和战略性大客户。
3. 销售与客户关系：
· 积极拓展新客户，包括跨国公司、大型企业、协会、政府机构及活动策划公司。
· 主导大型、复杂会议和活动的谈判与合同签订。
· 与宴会、运营、餐饮、财务等部门紧密协作，确保活动提案的专业性和服务的无缝对接。
5. 行政与报告：
· 准确预测月度、季度及年度团队营收。
· 使用酒店销售系统（如OperaSales & Catering）管理客户数据、预订及报告。
· 定期提交销售报告、业绩分析及市场洞察。
三、 任职要求（硬性条件）
1. 教育与经验：
· 本科及以上学历
· 至少5-8年在高星级酒店（五星级或国际连锁品牌尤佳）的销售经验，其中不少于2年担任会议销售经理或同级别管理职务。
· 拥有成功的MICE市场销售业绩记录
2. 专业技能：
· 精通全流程会议策划与销售：从需求对接到报价、合同、跟进、现场协调及售后。
· 卓越的谈判与沟通能力：能熟练与高层客户进行商务谈判。
· 出色的领导与团队建设能力。
· 流利的中英文口语及书面能力（适应国际连锁酒店环境）。
· 熟练运用Office办公软件及酒店销售管理系统。
3. 个人素质：
· 结果导向，具有强烈的驱动力和进取心。
· 出色的客户关系建立与维护能力。
· 能在高压下工作，具备出色的多任务处理和解决问题的能力。
· 注重细节，具备优秀的组织和分析能力。
· 形象气质专业，代表酒店品牌形象。
