工作经验Experence


具有五星级酒店二年以上销售主任级工作经验或星级酒店同岗位一年以上工作经验。

Have five-star hotel for more than two years of sales manager-level work experience or star-level hotel with more than one year of work experience.


其他要求Others


1.熟练操作微软等操作系统 

Proficient with Microsoft Windows other software

2.必须具有良好的书面交流及写作能力 

Must have good written communication and writing skills

3.能独立并长时间的工作; 可按工作需要出差 

Ability to work independently and long hours; Willing to travel.     


工作描述Job Description


1、控制通讯名录并保证不断更新。

Control mailing list and ensure it updated constantly.

2、保持现有客户并发展新的客户。

 Maintain existing business and develop new accounts.

3、同客户保持良好的商业关系。

Maintain good business relationship with all producers.

4、完成每周的款待和活动计划。

Complete weekly entertainment and weekly activities plan.

5、对团队和商务散客通过电话销售、访问、邮寄开展销售活动。

Conduct sales campaign by direct sales call / visits/mailing for group and FIT business, meeting and banquets from all sources for bookings and leads

6、确认所有的预定单(包括宴会与会议)被准确无误地在销售部与宴会之间进行沟通并生效。

Make sure all booking orders (banquet/meetings) are correctly instructed for effective communication between sales and banquet operation

7、保证对所有的来信和电话询问都进行有效的处理,建立一种令人愉快的工作关系。

Plans and Ensure all incoming correspondence and telephone enquiries are handled with efficiency and great care to build up a pleasant working relationship

8、记录客户对于酒店发展的建议和最新的信息。

Keep clients advised of latest information regarding hotel’s development

9、协助新员工的培训工作。

Assist in conduct training to new staff..

10、清楚地了解其分管区域的销售目标,并预先在销售计划中将其按年/月/周的目标进行细分。

To know clearly the hotel objectives and sales target set for his/her area of responsibilities breakdown into weekly, monthly and yearly target set forth in the sales plan

11、同时与现有客户和潜在客户保持经常联系。
Constant customer contact directed towards existing customers and potential customers..

12、安排每日走访的客户,以期在客房及餐饮上为酒店寻求更多的业务。

To conduct daily sales visit to assigned accounts to solicit business for the hotel for both rooms and food & beverage through effective client account management.

13、以最有效的方式划分销售区域  

To plan sales coverage of area/territory assigned in the most 

effective manner.

14、履行客户关系管理的职责,通过完成计划周详的客户拜访实现销售目标。

Fulfills Customer Relationship Management responsibilities and sales goals for defined customers through planned customer interview

15、积极宣传酒店产品

Conduct active distribution of product information and create awareness in the market and business segment or responsibility.

16、在拜访客户时,经常使用Cross Selling” 和 Upsell等销售技巧。

To always practices “Cross Selling” and Up sell in accordance with corporate and department guidelines during sales calls

17、保证已与客人确认的客房,宴会及餐饮服务在客人未到或在酒店入住时完成 。

To ensure that all arrangements and requirements agreed with clients with regards to rooms, banquets or F&B services are carried out prior to or during guests stay in the hotel

18、提供售后服务,确保认真对待所有投诉,在必要时与相关部门进行沟通 

To provide after-sales service in particular to ensure all guest complaints are taken seriously and discussed with respective department when necessary

19、以专业的方式与客人互动,关注他们的需求及反馈  

 Interact and attend to guest request, concerns and feedback in a professional manner.

20、按政策在规定时间内迅速回复客人要求

To answer and respond promptly to all correspondence and inquiry from customer and prospect within the time limit set according to policy & procedure.

21、保持与潜在客户的联系沟通以期将来使其成为酒店真正的客户

Entertain to build rapport with potential customers and to obtain future leads for the Hotel.

22、与所有客户保持良好关系 

Maintain good relationship with all clients.

23、向客人提供最精确最更新的信息

Provide guests with the most accurate and up to date information at all times

24、与酒店各部门员工及所有客户保持良好的相互沟通和合作关系

Maintain good inter communication and good working relations with all departments and all external contacts

25、根据各自管辖区域撰写市场及竞争者情况报告

Monitors and reports on market and competition within own market segment.

26、确保所有客户信息的时时更新,包括数据信息的更新,产品跟踪,客户动向 

To upkeep of updated record of all sales activities for each accounts (including updated database, production tracking, trends and movement of each accounts
27、对指定客户的数据信息做到每日更新 

To develop and maintain a proper database for assigned accounts on a daily basis

28、向销售经理提交每周和每月报告

To prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports required to be submitted to the Sales Manager

29、参加销售例会,就客户动向及市场走势市场与销售总监进行沟通,及时更新

 Participate in daily, weekly and monthly sales meeting to update Director of Sales on the activities of each accounts and market trends

30、遵守酒店及集团的政策和程序

Abides by both the hotel and Wanda policies and procedures
