Requirements 资质要求
？ Minimum three years of food and beverage managerial experience in food cost, raw material, kitchen equipment and quality control;
至少有三年以上餐饮业厨房管理经验，对食材成本、原物料、厨房设备、品管控制有相当的管理经验；
？ Good understanding of different kitchen procedures and food safety regulations;
熟悉厨房各区块流程和作业要求，了解餐饮管理相关规定；
？ Good at eastern and western cooking;
擅长中、西式烹饪料理；
？ Good understanding of food safety regulations;
了解食品卫生法；
？ Good organization, management and communication ability;
有较强的组织和管理能力，良好的沟通协调能力；
？ Responsible, hard working, positive;
有责任心，能吃苦耐劳、工作主动性强；
