·        Lead and establish a unityand effective sales team, as well as implement sales plans.
领导和建立团结有效的销售队伍，执行销售计划。
·        Establish differentmarketing policies and develop appropriate sales market according to thecompany sales strategy.
根据公司销售策略，制定不同的销售政策，开发相应销售市场。
·        Keep in track of customers,maintain existing sales channels and develop new markets.
跟踪客户，维持原有的销售渠道，开拓新的市场。
·        Control the marketingbudget, balance the sales scope and objectives.
控制销售预算、销售范围和销售目标的平衡发展。
·        Good communication withsales staff, timely resolve internal and external customer complaints.
与销售人员保持良好的沟通，及时解决内外部客户投诉。
·        Establish and maintainsales database and update progress information.
建立并维护销售数据库，并及时更新进度信息。
·        Develop  the overall sales strategy and objectives.
制定总体销售战略和目标。
·        Develop and implementannual promotion plan and vendor management program; participate in thedevelopment of business plans, and carry out the specific implementation of thebusiness plan.
制定和实施年度推广计划和供应商管理计划，参与制定业务计划，推进业务计划的具体实施。
·        Establish and maintaineach of the archived information and update promptly.
建立和维护每个归档信息并及时更新。
·        Track with the marketdynamics of industry competitors.

Requirements 资质要求
·        Bachelor degree orabove;
大学本科及以上学历；
·        3 years relevantworking experience;
3年以上相关工作经验；
·        Good business vision.

·        Outstanding leadershipand management skills;

·        Good Chinese and Englishcommunication skills;
