Brief Introduction职位简介

· As the PE technician you will be responsible for supervising all variety of estate/property projects according to the company’s regulations.

根据公司规章制度严格监督物业各工程情况。

Major Responsibility主要工作职责

· Conduct the monthly maintenance plan: maintain a variety of equipments (clubhouse facility and equipments, sewage treatment and water supply equipment, ventilation facilities, fire fighting facilities, power facilities of the guest room area, high voltage power supply, diesel engine generator, etc.).

根据月度保养计划，保养各类设备：包括会所设备、污水处理及供水设备、送排风设施、消防设施强电类、客房区域强电设施、高压供电检测及柴油发电机的保养。

· Ensure the quality of work and the progress of maintenance.

确保工作质量及保养进度。

· Conduct a variety of repair arrangements.

根据领班安排完成各类维修。

· Conduct different repair works and ensure the repair quality.

完成各种报修并保证维修质量。

· Manage different emergencies.

处理各类突发应急事件。

· Stick to the safety regulations and operation rules, carry the Work ID and guarantee the safety precautions.

严格遵守安全生产条例和操作规程，携带工作牌、做好安全防护措施。

· In compliance with the Ascott Group's Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and policies, pay attention to energy conservation and the safe operation in daily work.

遵守集团的环境健康安全方针政策，日常工作中注意节能和安全操作。

· Ensure all the work commitments are met.

完成领导交办的其他工作。

Requirements 资质要求

· The electrician must have a certificate: with Intermediate Professional Qualification Certificate; secondary specialized diploma or above;

电工必须持证上岗，具备中级职业资格证书及相关操作证，并且中专及以上学历；

· Minimum two years experiences in hotels or property management companies, good at repairing and maintenance;

有酒店或物业公司相关工作经验两年以上，动手能力强；

· Good team organization ability and interpersonal communication skills: able to communicate effectively with internal and external departments;

良好的团队组织能力和人际沟通技能，能够和公司内部和外部的部门进行有效的沟通；

· Responsible, honest and good attitude;

富有工作责任心，诚实可靠，态度良好；

· Not colour-blind;

不能是色盲；

· Be able to work under pressure and in shifts.

能承受工作压力，能够翻班。
