Major Responsibility主要工作职责
Inspect and accept all items. Ensure the quality of items according to approved purchase orders.
负责所有物资的验收工作。根据已审批的申购单按质按量验收，严格把好质量关。
Strictly adhere to Ascott policies with regard to the stocking of items.
严格按公司的相关规定进行物品的存放。
Strictly adhere to Ascott policies with regard to the issuing of items.

Ensure that returned items are clean and in good condition. Contact relative department to provide items maintenance and repair, ensure that we can offer guests qualified items at any time.
确认返仓物资的清洁与完好。有需维修的物品，及时联系相关部门，确保随时可提供给客人合格的物品。
Note the quantity of storage items. Follow the inventory reduction principle, make timely purchase plan according to reasonable storage quantity, and avoid running out of stock.
注意仓库所有物品的存量。以降低库存为原则，科学制定各种物品的存量，并据此及时做出请购计划，避免断货影响正常运作。
Check the expiration date of items/food, ensure that no expired items/food are offered to guests.
检查物品、食品保质期，确保无过期物品、食品提供给客人。
Report backlog and no-use items to superiors on a timely basis, follow up and offer recommendations.
对于仓库积压物资和长期不用的物品，及时汇报，催促尽早处理，并有责任提出处理方案。
Record in and out storage items.
负责物品出库和入库的登记入账。
Conduct monthly storage inventory, fill out statistic reports.
负责每月仓库盘点，统计相关的报表。
Guarantee storage's cleanliness, tidiness and organization, check security risks.
认真做好仓库的安全、清洁、整理工作，及时检查火灾、危险隐患，确保安全。
Find out and report problems on a timely basis, offer reasonable advice, and assist in overall storage management.
遇到或发现问题要及时报告，提出合理建议，协助部门管理好总仓的一切工作。
Comply with rules and procedures, actively attend training programs.
遵守相关的规章制度，并积极参加培训。
In compliance with the Ascott Group's Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and policies, pay attention to energy conservation and the safe operation in daily work.
遵守集团的环境健康安全方针政策，日常工作中注意节能和安全操作。
Other duties assigned by superiors.

Requirements资质需求
Minimum one year working experience in hotel or serviced residence storage management;
1年以上的服务公寓/星级酒店仓库管理工作经验；
Enthusiasm of serviced residence/hotel;
热忠于服务式公寓/酒店的服务事业；
Responsible, careful, honest, reliable;
有责任心，做事认真细致，诚实可靠；
Sense of initiative, ability to obey, team spirit;
具有良好的主动性，并具有服从精神和团队精神；
Strict compliance with procedure, ability to understand well, good communication skills;
能够严格按照操作流程工作，具有良好的理解能力、表达沟通能力；
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g. Excel, Word etc.);
熟练使用电脑，熟悉Microsoft Office软件（例如： Excel、Word等）；
Ability to work under pressure.
能承受工作压力。
