Brief Introduction 职位简介

Improveany revenue stream by selling the right mix of products & services, at theright price, at the right time, to the right customer, at the right customertouch point, using the right distribution network.

Major Responsibility 主要工作职责

Drive Market Share and Revenue Performancethrough proper pricing and mix management using competitive reports.Closely monitor competitive pricing andunderstand the impact of pricing decisions on property performanceDevelop overall pricing strategy to include allmarket segments and distribution channels.Provide guidance on corporate, transient,wholesale & long stay pricing.Ensure effective pricing strategies to reflectasset strength relative to the competition.Ensure compliance to the Best Rate Guarantee.Effectively manage and be in control of allinventory (long stay, transient, corporate, wholesale allotments and other) andpricing strategy in all distribution channels including ASR branded web, 3rdparty sites and the GDS.Responsible for effective implementation andcompliance with Ascott Revenue Management Standards.Maintain accuracy and timely entry of allrelevant data in systems.Review and analyze data on an ongoing basis.Pro-actively identify need periods and prepare aneed period plan, in cooperation with Sales LeaderDaily pick up review and inventory monitory Ensure all distribution channels are returningappropriate availability and pricing for the following 365 days.Can complete the forecast, run a Revenuemeeting, manage all daily tasks, and can manage all aspects of reservations(cut off dates, rooming lists, inventory).Complete understanding and effective executionof RMS, BI system, STR system, and any new/similar tools or reports.Compliance to Ascott Standards for Rate Plans,Rate Categories, Market Segments, Profiles and all other PMS related RevenueManager’s functionalities.Clearly communicate to hotel team the strategicvision and objectives on how to drive revenue and improve performance.Identify and communicate to either Regional orCorporate RM team in addition to appropriate technical supportbugs/enhancements affecting revenue management from all RM toolsLead the property’s weekly Sales & RevenueManagement Meeting and contribute to the Daily Operations MeetingProvide Residence Manager with regular revenuemanagement updates.Hold a Strong leadership role in the MonthlySales Meetings.Produce accurate forecast on weekly and monthlybasis (+/-5%).Produce all relevant components pertaining toRevenue Management Budget.Assist in annual review of property budget, ratestructure and Sales & Marketing action plans.Work closely with the regional revenuemanagement team on follow-up tasks required.Display hotelinformation through various OTA channels, create customer sources for thehotel, increase revenue, and maintain good cooperative relations with channel account managers.Develop OTA operationstrategy and be responsible for OTA channel traffic growth.Connect with OTA businessteam and get channel resources. Coordinate OTA online activities and formulateactivity plans.
