resources planning, recruitment, performance management, succession planning, training and
development, employee relations and daily management of human resources.

Major Responsibility

• Supervise the day-to-day human resource task;

• Responsible for human resources planning, recruitment, performance management, C&B;

• Responsible for training and development;

• Provide management with the guidance of the human resources work and develop their people
management skills and knowledge;

• Cooperation with the management staff to analyze problems and needs in order to achieve
organizational effectiveness, project management and provide solutions and implement these
solutions;
