职位职责Job Description：
负责酒店工程维修实务和技术的组织、指导及管理工作；保证部门高效运作；带领全体工程部员工贯彻执行酒店管理层的各项方针政策；通盘考虑酒店内部的节能和环保问题。
Responsible for organizing, guiding and managing engineering practices and technics. Responsible for the efficient operation of the department. Lead the department to implement missions assigned from the higher managerial levels. Have comprehensive sense on energy saving and environmental protection.

任职资格Qualification：
 - 热爱酒店行业 
 - 良好的中英文沟通能力
 - 工程机械/电力专业大学毕业
 - 至少10年的国际五星级酒店从业经验

 - Have passion on hospitality industry
 - Proficiency in both Chinese and English
 - University Graduate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
 - At least 10 years experience in international branded hotels
