岗位职责：
1．制定本部门维修保养计划，抓好技术革新和改造工作，并组织实施；
2．负责对工程部人员的调配和管辖，做好日常维修、计划检修、保养等工作；3．协助建立完整的设备技术档案和维修档案；
4．负责酒店设备设施的安装验收，安全运行，维修保养和房屋修缮等管理工作；
5．对部门员工进行技能及日常工作培训。
岗位要求
1．2年以上同岗位工作经验。
2．必须掌握机电工程设备的基础知识，持有相关上岗证。
3．能组织和执行工程部各项工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转。
年龄要求：25-45岁
