岗位职责：
1、服从主管的安排，登记日常工作记录；
2、负责前台接待处日常卫生清洁及接待服务；
3、负责市场部及相关业务部门的预订单接收、登记，通知客房组负责人，提前安排客房准备工作；
4、负责客房所有预订信息的登记及房态更新工作；
5、负责客户办理入住手续及退房手续；
6、准确掌握当天的入住房态，并随时与客房部楼层核实房态；
7、负责有关住房、房价、服务设施的咨询推销工作；
8、熟练掌握业务知识及操作技能；
9、负责每日财务收银报表和市场部的经营报表的录入；
10、做好主管临时安排的工作。
岗位要求：
1、身高160CM以上，男女不限，有酒店客房前台经验1年以上；
2、良好的对客服务意识与沟通技巧，良好的团队协作能力，熟练操作酒店客房软件和办公软件；
3、热爱海边工作。
计算机能力：良好年龄要求：18-30岁
