任职要求：
1.初中及以上学历，一年以上相关工作经验，年龄45岁以下。
岗位职责：
1.负责整理清洁客房和公共区域，为客人提供优质服务，保管好随身携带的所有物品。
2.认真准确填写客房清扫报表，报告及补充客房内小酒吧的消耗量。3.报告一切有关客房的特殊情况及有关住客物品损坏或遗失事宜。
4.做好布草的送收和日常物品的领用工作。
5.对客人提出的合理要求或建议及时向上级反映。
6.熟悉房间设备正确使用方法，每天检查运转情况。
7.做好工作车和清洁工具的保养，工作间、洗消间的清洁工作。
8.及时接听电话，并在规定时间内报退房结果。
