岗位职责：
1、负责湖北省区域内酒店加盟项目的规划、开发；
2、负责寻找适合公司酒店经营所需的加盟物业和意向投资者；
3、负责对加盟项目进行市场调研、投资测算分析，与意向加盟商的商务谈判，加盟模式、政策和公司经营理念等方面的宣导，及整个加盟店项目的签约，加盟后协助筹建、运营部门对加盟项目进行支持和管理。
任职资格：
1、大专以上学历；
2、有3年以上连锁酒店开发经验等相关行业工作经验，对物业有良好的商业判断能力；
3、熟悉武汉和周边省、市当地酒店、地产行业；
4、沟通能力强，团队协作能力及强烈的事业心与责任心；
5、较强的社会人脉资源和新渠道开发能力；
6、能够适应出差，可带车自驾优先。
国内管理公司经历：优先语言能力：中国普通话-精通计算机能力：熟练年龄要求：30-45岁
