1．维护公司形象，积极提高服务意识；
2. 做好空调及其附属设备的维修保养和年度检修工作；
3. 负责酒店内空调主机房的系统等设备运行、维修保养、水质检测及场地卫生等工作，并持证上岗；
4. 严格执行空调安全操作规程，以及各种规章制度，认真操作，正确填写运行记录表、检修记录和交接班记录；
5. 按期巡视和检查空调主机运行情况，正确调节运行参数，确保空调的安全运行；
6．负责酒店公共区域、餐厅、客房等设施的巡查工作，及时汇报并准确处理发现的问题，保证各部门的正常运转；
7．做好与其它部门人员的沟通协调工作，确保工作的顺利进行；
8. 积极参加公司各项培训，提高自身素质与业务技能；
9. 按时完成上级领导交办的其它工作。
