1、定时对外界及空调区域的温度，相对湿度进行监测，根据外界天气变化及时进行空调情况调节，并做好记录；
2、 每班值班人员必须做好所有运行记录，并签名，除清楚记录运行参数外，还必须记录清楚设备的开停时间，停机修理原因和恢复正常状态的时间；
3、值班人员必须坚守岗位，服从指挥，严格执行操作规程，对值班长安排的工作负责；
4、严格执行安全操作及保养规程，保证维修的质量，按时完成任务；
5、严格遵守《员工守则》及各项规章制度，维修要迅速及时，维修完毕要迅速返回班组待命；
6、负责搞好空调机房及所属机组的清洁卫生工作；
7、认真学习专业知识，熟悉设备结构，性能及系统情况，做到判断故障准确，维修快捷；
