岗位职责：
1、根据各岗位要求欢迎、帮助、欢送客，帮助提供景点信息，做内部推荐，为客人带路。
2、了解旅游和商务的相关信息，熟悉公司产品和服务，掌握宾客接待礼仪。
3、熟悉景点内的接待流程、各项功能以及公司特别活动并给与宣传。
4、提供客人满意的服务并保证服务质量。
5、以友好高效的方式处理客人的投诉，若有需要为相关人员提供指引，以保证客人满意。
6、参加公司及内部组织的培训课程。
岗位要求：
1、形象气质佳，女身高165cm以上，男身高178cm以上，品格端正；
2、良好的沟通技巧及表述能力，良好的服务、团队意识及协助；
3、具备一定基础的英语沟通能力或其它语种沟通能力；
4、有品牌酒店前厅工作经验者优先考虑。
语言能力：英语-一般计算机能力：良好年龄要求：20-30岁
