1、打印出各班所需的各种报表，并做好相关的存档工作；
2、记录退房和入住的房号，并知会服务员做好相应的工作；
3、负责跟进所有工程的维修单，有紧急情况及时通知工程部跟进，并知会上司；
4、负责所有客房物品、清洁物品的进出并做好记录；
5、做好每周的客房用品发放工作；
6、做好每天服务员工作报表的超房奖金的统计及登记存档工作；
7、做好送洗布草统计登记工作；
8、做好办公室的管理和清洁及监督工作。
