岗位职责：
1.明确酒店所提供的产品，熟悉客房类型及其他服务设施；
2.掌握酒店各项优惠政策和房价政策，了解客房状态和出租率；
3.为达到酒店营运目标，保持前台与各部门及管理层的良好沟通；
4.为完成酒店的营业目标与所有客人保持良好沟通；
5.检查预定资料及VIP通知单，合理安排宾客入住；
6.确保宾客所有入住登记详细、准确、清晰；
7.维持顺畅的前台运作，为会员及嘉宾提供高质量的服务。
岗位要求：
1.大专以上文化学历，英语、酒店管理、旅游管理等专业优先；
2.良好的英语口语表达能力和书写能力，能承受较大的工作压力；
3.形象气质佳，具备良好的服务意识和服务态度；
4.具有独立处事能力强，有较强的应变组织、协调及沟通能力；
5.熟练的电脑操作：
计算机能力：熟练年龄要求：18-28岁
