1. 维护酒店形象，提高服务意识。
2. 负责工程部的日常管理工作，定期向酒店总经理汇报工作。
3. 根据部门工作计划，带领员工积极完成各项工作任务。
4. 负责下属员工规范服务和工作流程的检查工作，不断提高工作质量。
5. 负责对工程部所有人员的调配和管辖，向下属员工下达工作指标和工作任务，并指导其工作。
6. 负责酒店设施设备的检查、维修和养护工作。
7. 负责做好与其它部门的沟通协调工作，确保工作的顺利进行。
8. 制定工程部的培训计划，并对下属员工进行培训，提高部门员工的专业工作技能。
9. 负责部门梯队人才的培养。
10. 负责部门考勤的制作，并及时上交人力资源部；
11. 按时完成上级交办的其它工作。
