职位简介：

• 找寻新项目（包括投资及管理合同），并对项目进行市场分析及评估，为决策人提供支持

• 与区域内团队紧密合作，对服务公寓项目进行市场定位，准备项目相应的财务收益预测

• 准备及完成项目的内部评估审批文书资料

• 参与项目的合同谈判

• 制作具信服力的演示报告

• 跟进项目进展，维护及更新内部数据，更新签署项目信息等

• Seek new projects (investments and management contracts), perform market researches and provide assessment of strengths and weaknesses to support deal makers in decision making process;

• Generate performance projections of potential projects and seek alignments with regional teams and field members on positioning of the serviced apartment;

• Complete underwriting of serviced apartment projects for internal evaluations and approvals;

• Participate the negotiation of new projects

• Prepare convincing and powerful presentations;

• Keep track of deal pipeline, maintain and update internal databases on signings, pricing strategy and case studies

资质需求：

• 本科及本科以上学历。

• 3年或以上从事酒店开发及房地产行业相关经验

• 良好的英语听说读写

• 良好的分析能力及具备基本财务知识

• 能熟练运用电脑
• 能适应出差

• Bachelor’s Degree or above

• Minimum 3 years’ work experience in hospitality or property industry

• Proficiency of the English

• Strong analytical skills and basic understanding of corporate finance

• Proficient PC skills.

• Require moderate and significant travel.
