1、准时上下班，不迟到不早退服从上级领导安排
2．按标准要求负责清扫整理客房和楼层公共区域，为客人提供干净
安全的客房环境，满足客人的服务需求，负责本区域的安全工作
3、按每天实际入住情况听取领班分配工作任务，并积极配合领班做
定期的客房计划卫生
4、按标准操作流程整理和清扫自己所分配到的客房
5、每天对布草车、清洁工具设备的清洁与保养
6、负责客人遗留物品的登记、保管和上缴，不得私自扣留
7、做好设施设备的日常保养，正确掌握客房各类电器的使用方法，
为客人提供需求
8．负责检查所在区域设备设施的运转情况，及时报告维修项目，发
现异常时，上报处理。
9．熟悉营业场地的位置，客房的分布及使用情况，牢记服务项目，
价格，积极做好推销。
10．爱惜公司的财产，力行节约，按质按量完成上级交办的各项事宜。
