岗位职责（本酒店主要为自助早餐服务）
1.确保执行酒店政策方针和公司的品牌标准。
2.对于认可的员工实施培训课程，进行全体员工的培训和评估他们的能。
3.提前意识到缺少服务标准的对客服务并及时制定发展计划，跟踪和执行改。
4.在工作中和下属员工沟通，维护已确定的政策和方针。
5.在用餐期间确保及时纠正错误的餐位。
6.保持操作台的干净和整齐。
7.和厨房保持有效的沟通。
8.良好的工作氛围和下属员工良好的工作关系。
岗位要求1、形象、气质佳，礼貌待客
2、具有酒店餐饮相关工作经验2年以上
3、主动积极、对工作有责任心
