协助领导本部门员工，维护酒店内部治安秩序；做好防火、防盗、防爆等安全防范工作。
在经理的领导下负责安全保卫部内部的日常工作运转；经理不在的情况下，行使经理的职责；
协助保卫部经理建立健全酒店各项安全保卫制度，检查各部门安全规章制度的落实情况；
对员工进行法纪教育和“五防”教育；
预防和查处各类治安事故，配合公安部门侦破违法犯罪案件；
协助人事培训部，对录用的新员工进行上岗前的安全知识及防火知识的培训；
负责客人财务的遗失以及人身意外伤害、受到骚扰等事项的处理，如有疑难应及时向经理报告；
负责酒店门锁及钥匙的管理；
协助经理做好本部门人员的思想和业务培训工作。
