岗位职责
1、负责公寓酒店抖音账号日常运营，独立完成短视频选题、拍摄、剪辑、文案编辑及发布，打造本地旅居、长租公寓特色内容；
2、开展抖音常态化直播，讲解公寓房型、配套设施、优惠活动、租房政策，线上接待咨询、解答客户疑问；
3、挖掘短视频及直播流量，优化内容与直播话术，提升账号曝光、粉丝增长及线上订单转化；
4、配合门店完成线上引流、拓客、成交跟进，完成部门下达的线上销售指标；
6、跟进线上意向客户，维护客户关系，协助提升入住率与房源出租率。
任职要求
1、年龄20-35岁，学历不限，接受应届生、转行人员；
2、热爱短视频、直播行业，刷抖音、网感好，善于捕捉热门话题与流量玩法；
3、会基础手机拍摄，愿意学习剪辑软件，有镜头感，表达流畅、性格开朗外向；
4、具备良好的沟通能力与服务意识，抗压能力强，有目标感；
5、有酒店、公寓、房产、新媒体运营相关经验优先，无经验也可培养。
