招聘销售部专员/主管（OTA）_雅诗阁中国 ASCOTT CHINA（中西区）招聘信息-最佳东方

岗位职责：

1、负责公司OTA平台（如携程、美团、飞猪等）的日常运营管理，包括房源上架、价格调整、活动策划及推广；

2、监控OTA平台订单及客户评价，及时处理订单异常及差评，提升客户满意度；

3、分析OTA平台数据，优化房源展示效果及转化率，制定并执行运营策略；

4、与OTA平台商务团队保持良好沟通，争取平台资源支持，提升曝光率和订单量；

5、定期输出OTA运营报告，总结运营效果并提出改进建议；

6、协助市场部门策划线上营销活动，提升品牌在OTA平台的竞争力。

岗位要求：

1、熟悉OTA平台运营规则及操作流程，有相关工作经验者优先；

2、具备较强的数据分析能力，能通过数据发现问题并提出优化方案；

3、良好的沟通协调能力，能与内外部团队高效合作；

4、责任心强，注重细节，能承受一定的工作压力；

5、对市场敏感，能快速响应行业变化并调整运营策略；

6、熟练使用Excel等办公软件，具备基础的数据处理能力。
