岗位职责：

1、按照物业或区域销售提供的内容，出具短租协议，并在系统中完成企业客户和联系人的协议创建、Rate Code的申请设置和关联，协助物业完成官网在线预订的公司代码创建和设置；

2、特殊价格和低于销售权限价格的流程跟进管理；

3、创建各种销售报表，同时为区域的销售月会的报表数据提供支持；

4、免费房券制作；

5、完成部门的月度考勤表及培训汇总表；

6、跟进部门报销、提成审核、付款等相关的OA流程；

7、完成上级交代的相关工作。

资质要求：

1、专科（含）及以上学历；

2、熟练使用计算机的办公软件；

3、性格沉稳，学习能力强，愿意接受学习新知识、新系统；

4、具备公寓/酒店销售文员、预订文员等相关工作经验优先；

5、可接受实习生。
