【岗位职责】
1、完成公司下达的销售目标。
2、开发并维护客户资源，包括企业客户、旅行社、OTA平台等，建立长期稳定的合作关系。
3、定期进行市场调研，分析竞争对手动态及行业趋势，及时调整销售策略以提升市场占有率。
4、协助制定并实施促销活动、会员计划等营销方案，提高品牌知名度和客户粘性。
5、跟进客户需求，提供专业的住宿解决方案，确保客户满意度及复购率。
6、协调内部资源，与运营、客服等部门紧密合作，确保客户服务流程顺畅。
7、定期提交销售报告及数据分析，为管理层提供决策支持。
【岗位要求】
1、对销售工作有热情，具备较强的市场开拓能力和客户服务意识。
2、具备良好的沟通能力、谈判技巧及团队协作精神，能够独立完成销售任务。
3、有酒店、公寓租赁或相关行业销售经验者优先，无经验者可接受培训。
4、能适应快节奏工作环境，抗压能力强，具备结果导向思维。
5、熟练使用办公软件（如Word、Excel、PPT等），具备基本的数据分析能力。
6、工作积极主动，责任心强，能够灵活应对客户需求及市场变化。
