Provides a courteous and professional service at all times.
Assists with Host duties as requested and required due to operational needs.
Assists to ensure that associates also provide excellent service to internal customers and guests in other departments as appropriate.
Handles employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst providing a prompt follow-up.
Ensure that Guest Satisfaction Survey (HySat) score is achieved or exceeds the corporate target.
