岗位职责/Job Responsibilities
-  制定属下各班工作班次表，制定工作计划。负责制定每天工作分配及任务下达项目单，督促所属员工完成当日的各项工作。确保所有设施能正常发挥其功效，维修后达到其规定标准。检查、建议有关工程部及其他各部门的维修及更换。
   To subordinate every class work shift schedule and work plan. Responsible for daily work assignment and task order menu, supervise and urge its employees to complete all the work. To ensure that all facilities can exert its effect, normal maintenance after reach the prescribed standard. Check, Suggestions related to engineering department and other departments of repair and replacement.
-  负责督导下属员工服务质量标准，操作流程标准并对各项工作实施全面督管，解决任何设备故障及客人提出的问题，保证满足客人的需要。
   Responsible for supervising subordinates service quality standard and standard operation process and to implement comprehensive to oversee all activities, deal with the problem raised by any equipment malfunction and the guest, ensure that meet the needs of the guests.
-  执行节约能源计划。
   To carry out energy saving plan.
-  确保正常损耗。
   Ensures normal utility consumption.

-  具有丰富的维修经验和服务意识，持有合格有效的高压运行维修资格证或其他专业的操作及维修资格证；
   Service consciousness, have qualified and effective high-voltage operation and maintenance certificate or other specialty certificate
-  热爱本职工作，具有较强的责任心和敬业精神。
