RESPONSIBILITIES职责:
· Ensuring a warm friendly welcome to clientele at all times. 确保每时每刻热情的接待客人
· Ensure professional appearance is always maintained during working time. 确保在工作中时刻保持专业的形象
· Coordinating guests’ consultation records with the therapists. 协助理疗师做好客人的咨询
· Responsible for all HC booking correctly with full detail and follow up to execute on time to provide authentic healing journey to all our guests and members. 负责所有养生中心的预定并及时跟进,及时执行,为所有的客人提供真正的疗愈之旅
· Ensuring that all relevant HC staff receive a print outs of their daily schedules. 确保所有养生中心员工都能收到他们的每日工作安排
· Adhering to agreed reporting system on a timely basis. 及时完成日报表和月报表
· Provide guidance to clients on the procedures at Healing Center. 为客人提供专业的指导和建议
· Ensure all HC services are well known (duration, prices, available therapists, contraindications). 确保知道所有的服务情况,包括疗程时间,价格,理疗师和疗程禁忌等
· Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information to clients. 接听电话并传递给客人正确的信息
· Assist in getting client feedback on level of services delivered in order to improve on service delivery. 帮助客人完成疗程反馈,以提供更好的服务
· Prepare welcome drink and serve to Guests in waiting area. 在休息区域为客人提供欢迎饮料
· Inform staff members of appointments that have been canceled by clients, and also alert staff members of the arrival of clients who come without prior appointments. 如果预约取消或者客人没有按照预约的时间前来都需告知理疗师
· In charge of all billing procedures and the correct reconciliation of funds at the reception desk and at the close of every shift as well as at the end of the day’s work. 负责前台的收银,以及在班次的更换和班次结束后做好现金交接和记录
· Completing daily opening procedures and checking lists per relevant area. 完成每日开班流程和相关区域的清洁
· Scheduling reservations for guests and monitoring availability of treatment and staff to ensure punctual service as per the relevant skills of therapists. 为客人安排预定,并确保理疗师的可用情况,以确保可以准确地为客人做预约
· Organizing schedules to fully utilize time and profitability while ensuring that clients’ needs are of prioritized. 精确地安排理疗排钟,充分利用排钟创造更大的利润,同时满足客人的需求
· To perform all related job tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor. 根据主管的要求完成相关的工作
· Assisting with administrative duties such as receiving purchasing and inventory reporting. 协助行政类工作,如采购和盘点
