岗位职责
1、检查房态并记录
2、清理打扫房间这主要包括、吸尘、擦拭家具、清理垃圾、铺床、清理面盆浴缸马桶毛巾镜子和地面等
3、为房间补足酒水与日用消耗品
4、清洁并整理客房洗手间里的客用物品
5、清理已退的房间
6、清理楼层走道服务区域和楼梯
7、检查住客房客人的洗衣并通知洗衣
8、协助客人衣物送洗9、检查并记录酒水消耗量补入新的
10、完成楼层主管交给的额外任务
11、提供开夜床服务
