Ensure all telephone
calls are handled professionally by all the Telephone Operator.
确保所有接线员能以专业水平接听电话。
Ensure all overseas
messages are delivered to the hotel guests promptly.
确保所有长途电话留言实时递送至酒店客人处。
Handle guest messages,
faxes, mail and packages according to established procedures to ensure proper
delivery and dissemination to guests.
按照制定的工作程序处理客人的口信、传真、信函和包裹，保证向客人正确送交物品和转告信息。
Proper guidance /
training to all Telephone Operator on each job task and ensure the proper
procedures are followed.

Ensure a smooth
co-ordination between the individual sections of Front Office and Rooms
Division.

Be familiar with hotel
emergency procedures e.g. fire alarm and take charge during emergency
situations.

Conduct inspections of
the DTS area and ensure all areas are up to standard and all operating
equipment is well-maintained.

To assist in the

their welfare, safety and development. Ensure you encourage them to maintain
good relationships with their colleagues and all other departments.

To ensure that all
colleagues wear clean uniform and name tag at all times. To ensure they

To respond to any
changes in the department as dictated by the needs of the industry, company or

Handle guest complaints
and report daily occurrence and irregularities to the Front Office Manager.

To ensure that the
Department's operational budget is strictly adhered to and that all costs are
controlled and expenditure approved.

Actively participate in
department head and Rooms Division meetings as requested and any other relevant
meetings as required. Attendance must always be on time.

Monitors staffing
requirements including workload for each of them and Agents’ roaster.
