岗位职责
1、Serve as the key contact for the Meeting Planner. Ensure all requirements of the group are met. Create and provide best practices for convention services and Food and Beverage departments for meetings.
               担任会议策划人的主要联络人。确保满足集团公司的所有要求，为会议服务团队和餐饮
               部打造最佳实践方案，为客户提供完美的会务体验。
2、Responsible in achieving the Catering and Banquet sales objectives and revenue goal of
the hotel.负责完成餐饮宴会销售目标和饭店的收入目标。3、Develops strong rapport and builds business relationship with local customer base through sales and customer interviews.通过与客户的沟通，并与本地客户建立牢固的合作和商业伙伴关系。4、Assists the Director of Sales and Marketing in the development of Sales & Marketing plan and in budget preparation.协助销售总监开发并制作销售计划，并准备预算。5、Manages and administers the event booking center sales department to ensure smooth operation and all daily tasks are completed according to standard and in time.管理并协助宴会预定中心部，确保顺畅运作，及时有效的完成每日工作任务。6、Coordinates with departments concerned to ensure delivery of the highest standards of services to meet customer expectations.部门之间协调，确保为客人提供高水准服务，达到其预计希望。7、To work with the Director of Sales & Marketing and Assistant Director of F&B to establish the strategic business plan for Catering and Banquet sales.
  与市场销售总监和餐饮副总监一起制定餐饮宴会销售计划。
8、Assists with the development of new product themes and services.
协助酒店新产品及服务的开发和推广。9、Assists with the development of marketing strategies.协助酒店市场战略的制订。10、Takes into account external economic issues when planning and making decisions.做计划时考虑外界经济情况。11、Manages financial reports, analysis, budgets and make pricing decisions for the department.管理财务报告，财务分析、预算，制定部门的定价策略。12、Ensures the achievement of business objectives according to budgeted guidelines for revenue and costs.确保按照收入和开支预算实现经营目标。13、Coordinates work operations within the department as well as other related departments.与本部门及其他部配合工作。14、Prevents and resolves all guest concerns.预防和处理客人所关心的问题。15、To negotiate with clients ensuring that profitability guidelines of the hotel are adhered to and at the same time, guest needs and expectations are met.与客户谈判，确保满足客人的需要，同时又能够实现饭店的利润。16、Demonstrates effective and appropriate interaction with guests whilst maintaining a professional approach and image.与客户保持有效的适当地交流，同时表现出专业的形象及工作方式。17、Possesses a high level of product and service knowledge in order to promote services and facilities to customers.对酒店产品及服务有高度了解，以便更好地向客户销售饭店的服务及设施。18、Develops appropriate administrative and communication policies and procedures in accordance with hotel’s goals and guidelines.根据酒店的目标和方向，制订合适的行政及沟通规定及程序。拜访有潜力的客户，发展并保持与客户合作的关系。19、Accomplishes sales calls on prospective clients to develop and maintain relationship.拜访有潜力的客户，发展并保持与客户合作的关系。20、Abides by the Employee Handbook.遵守酒店员工守则。21、Abides by both the hotel policies and procedures.遵守酒店的政策及程序。22、Abides by the Code of Conduct.遵守行为准则。
