Key Responsibilities



§   Drive operational excellence through implementation and regular training of practical Standard Operating Procedures

§   Deliver financial, operational and customer experience goals across the network

§   Work directly with Store Management teams to understand their needs, struggles, strengths and areas for improvement, developing strategies that address these issues and set us up for long term stability and success

§   Recruit and nurture great talent, working directly with HR and other leadership to create development pathways for our future leaders

§   Serve as a resource to Founders and senior management by providing expertise on customer issues, team staffing and management practices, store operations, company policies and procedures and other challenges faced by the business

§   负责建立完善各店面营运管理系统和各项规章,实施,持续改进

§   通过制定培训和实施运营标准,确保各店铺运营顺利;

§   设定和完成各门店财务、运营以及客户服务等运营各项目标

§   直接与门店管理团队工作,了解团队的需求,优缺点,及时进行协调和改进,制定解决方案和策略,确保团队长期稳定持续的发展

§   负责招聘、培训、考核及培养优秀人才,与HR团队合作制定员工职业发展计划

§   为创始人和高级管理层提供有关客户问题、团队人员配置和、管理实践、门店运营、公司政策和程序以及企业面临的其他挑战的专业建议


Required Experience & Skills



§  8+ years of retail experience (F&B preferred), managing 3 or more outlets with responsibility for P&L performance, operation and customer service standards

§  Detail oriented and organised, with the ability to originate and manage large scale projects, campaigns and strategies, consistently and effectively executed

§  Obsessive attention to detail and commitment to driving the highest standards

§  Be inspiring... make others passionate about great customer experiences and craft beer

§  Previous experience recruiting and developing GREAT TALENT from outside or within an existing organisation

§  Strong English skills, both written and spoken

§   8年以上零售管理经验(优先考虑餐饮行业),管理过3个或以上店铺,负责损益表的绩效,门店运营和客户服务标准

§   注重细节和有条理性,具有发起和管理大规模项目、活动和策略的能力,以及较强的执行力
