Key Responsibilities
主要职责
 
§  Lead the search for new retail opportunities across China, providing a preliminary assessment for potential locations and working with Founders and others to secure these opportunities (ensure reflect in Chinese)
§  Responsible for the overall coordination and communication between contractor, designer, company, landlord, property management and government for new store builds
§  Lead procurement related to new builds where appropriate, working with builder, designer and operations teams as necessary
§  Build and lead a project management schedule to ensure on time and on budget project delivery
§  Lead the relevant parties in procuring the necessary licenses and permits, working with government authorities and landlords etc
§  Work with finance to execute contracts and payments
§  Lead the tender process for construction vendor bids and other key procurement decisions
 
§   根据零售团队门店拓展计划，负责在全国范围内寻找新的零售机会，提供对潜在选址的初步评估，并与创始人和团队积极沟通以确保获得这些机会。
§   根据公司发展需求，负责新店营建及老店改建项目的整体协调及管理工作；
§   与各店物业建立良好管理，沟通及管理
§   负责新店从选址到顺利开业的整体项目；
§   根据开店计划，跟供应商拟定工程进度表并监督落实，确保工程质量；
§   工程技术条件勘察与评估，以确保门店装修工程的正常进行；
§   图纸报审、预算审核、报价审核；
§   组织合同报批、付款结算等工作；
§   负责组织工程施工计划实施情况的监督、检查、调整，并妥善处理施工过程中的突发状况；
§   负责内部：设计、市场、运营等各部门的协调沟通，领导项目进度
§   负责外部：承包商、监理单位、设计单位及有关单位之间的关系
§   供应商开发、拓展及维护工作；
§   领导交办的其他工作事项。
 
Required Experience & Skills
相关经验及技能
 
§   At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably leading the search and development of a multi-location rollout in the F&B or retail industry
§  Construction management experience, strong communication and coordination skills, with advanced knowledge in the field
§  Experience in architecture or design preferred
§  Strong commercial acumen a must
§  Good organizational skills, strong sense of responsibility, hard and autonomous worker
§  Proficiency in Excel, MS, CAD, Projects, PPT and other design software
§  Strong English communication skills (written and oral)
§  Must be willing to travel often and extensively around China
 
§  有5年相关项目管理经验，最好有餐饮和零售行业多家门店拓展的前期选址及开发经验。
§   熟悉餐饮整个开店流程，负责从选址到开业的一切进度推进
§   良好的组织能力，有责任感，工作勤奋努力
§   有良好的施工管理及创新精神，较强的沟通协调能力
§   熟练运用Excel，MS, CAD, Projects, PPT 等软件
§   全面的装修工程项目专业知识
§   熟悉国家及地方工程规范，熟知施工过程中的每道工序，熟知施工常见材料
§   有英文沟通能力者优先
