【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店日常设施设备的巡检、维护及故障排除，确保酒店各系统（如电力、空调、给排水等）正常运行；
2、及时响应并处理各部门报修需求，提供高效的技术支持，保障酒店运营顺畅；
3、协助制定和执行设备维护计划，定期检查设备运行状态，记录维护数据；
4、参与酒店设施设备的应急抢修工作，快速解决突发故障，降低对客影响；
5、监督外包维修服务商的工作质量，确保其符合酒店标准；
6、协助上级完成节能降耗措施的实施与优化，提出改进建议。
【岗位要求】
1、具备电气、机械、暖通或相关领域的基础知识，熟悉酒店设施设备运维流程；
2、持有电工证或相关职业资格证书者优先，无经验者可接受培训；
3、责任心强，具备良好的故障判断与解决能力，能适应倒班工作制；
4、身体健康，能胜任一定强度的体力劳动及高空、狭小空间作业；
5、具备团队协作意识，沟通能力良好，服从工作安排。
6、机修背景优先。
