Leading and Monitoring Recruitment and Hiring Activity

负责和监督招聘及聘用

·           Assists in the interviewing and hiring of Human Resource team members with the appropriate skills, as needed.

根据需要面试和聘用本部门成员。

·           Establishes and maintains contact with external recruitment sources, (e.g., job service, local colleges, recruiting agencies, and community based organizations).

建立和保持外界的招聘资源,保持合作关系(如国家人力资源服务中心,本地院校,招聘中介以及社区组织)。

·           Attends job fairs and ensures documentation of outreach efforts in accordance with Human Resource Standard Operating Procedures.

参加现场招聘会并且确保对外资料文件符合标准。

·           Networks with local organizations (e.g., Hotel Association and peers) to source candidates for current or future openings.

保持与当地机构的社交联网(如饭店协会和同行),为现在或将来准备更多地人才资源。

·           Oversees/monitors candidate identification and selection process:

监督/督导面试者的资格和人才筛选流程

·           Provides subject matter expertise to property managers regarding W selection procedures.

为部门经理提供的W甄选流程专业知识。

·           Partners with vendor partners to ensure effective advertisement efforts are being utilized for open positions in appropriate venues to attract a diverse candidate pool.

与合作单位一起确保开放职位的对外宣传效果,能够吸引不同的应聘者。

·           Performs quality control on vendor partner’s performance regarding applicant sourcing and selection.

根据简历的来源和选择对合作单位进行质量控制。

·           Administering and Providing Education Related to Employee Benefits

为员工福利提供管理及指导

·           Works with unemployment services provider to respond to unemployment claims; reviews provider reports for accuracy and corrects errors.

与社保中心合作,根据需要协助申请失业救助,审查申请报告,并纠正错误。

·           Ensures that department has the available resources on hand to administer employee benefits.

确保部门有可用的资源管理员工福利。

Managing Employee Development

管理员工发展

·           Supports a departmental orientation program for employees to receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job.

支持部门为新员工准备的入职培训项目,确保员工接受适当的新员工培训。

·           Ensures employees are cross-trained to support successful daily operations.

确保员工可以被交叉培训,支持酒店的日常运作。

·           Uses all available on the job training tools for employees; conducts training, when appropriate.

在适当的时候给员工使用有效的在职培训工具,根据需要进行培训。

·           Ensures coordination and facilitation of new hire program to generate a positive first impression for employees and emphasize the importance of guest service in W culture.

Maintaining Employee Relations

维护员工关系

·           Assists in maintaining effective employee communication channels in the property (e.g., develops daily communications and assists with regularly scheduled property-wide meetings).

协助维护酒店中有效员工沟通渠道(如发展日常沟通和协助酒店日常会议)。

·           Reviews progressive discipline documentation for accuracy and consistency, and checks for supportive documentation and is accountable for determining appropriate action.

回顾纪律处分文件的准确性和一致性,检查相关文件,确保处分行动的适当性。

·           Utilizes an “open door” policy to acknowledge employee problems or concerns in a timely manner

·           Ensures employee issues are referred to the Department Manager for resolution or escalated to the Director of Human Resources.

确保员工的问题与部门经理,及人力资源总监沟通

·           Partners with Loss Prevention to conduct employee accident investigations, as necessary.

根据需要与防损部一同进行员工事故调查

·           Communicates performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position.

根据岗位职责,为每个职位解释表现评估期望。

Managing Legal and Compliance Practices

监督行为的合法性

·           Ensures employee files contain required employment paperwork, proper performance management and compensation documentation, are properly maintained and secured for the required length of time.

确保员工档案中有就业许可文件,管理评估和薪酬文件。并确保这些文件都被妥善的维护和存放达到所要求的时间长度。

·           Ensures compliance with procedure for accessing, reviewing, and auditing employee files and ensure compliance with the Privacy Act.

·           Ensures medical records are maintained in a separate, secure and confidential medical file.

·           Communicates property rules and regulations, the progressive discipline policy,  Business Integrity Line, and Open Door Policy during orientation and via the employee handbook.

·           Ensures all safety and security policies (e.g., property removal, lost and found items, accident reporting, and hygiene) are communicated to employees on a regular basis through orientation, property meetings, bulletin boards, etc.

·           Represents Human Resources at the property Safety Committee; helps to identify ways to create awareness of the importance of safety in the workplace and decrease accident frequency and severity.

·           Manages Workers Compensation claims to ensure appropriate employee care and manage costs.

·           Oversees the selection/non-selection and offers processes to ensure proper procedures are followed (e.g., valid reasons for selection/non-selection and applicants receive status notifications).

·           Actively forwarding and sharing  social media information of hotel, including WeChat , Weibo and so on.

积极转发和分享酒店社交媒体的内容,包括微信微博等。
