一、日常监控值守
1. 负责24小时监控屏幕、摄像头、报警设备的实时巡查，确保画面正常、无死角。
2. 密切关注人员、车辆、异常行为、安全隐患，及时发现并记录。
3. 按规定切换画面、调整角度，保证重点区域清晰可查。
二、报警与突发事件处理
1. 接到报警、异常画面或通知，及时核实、上报，不拖延、不漏报。
2. 按流程通知安保、值班领导、相关部门，必要时报警。
3. 全程跟踪事件处理，做好现场指挥、调度与信息传递。
三、录像与资料管理
1. 负责监控录像的存储、查询、回放、拷贝，保证数据完整可追溯。
2. 严格执行保密制度，不随意泄露监控内容，不外借、不传录视频。
3. 按要求填写值班记录、交接班记录、异常情况登记表。
四、设备维护与检查
1. 每日检查监控设备运行状态，发现黑屏、卡顿、故障立即报修。
2. 保持监控室整洁，不得私接设备、随意操作系统。
五、纪律与制度执行
1. 坚守岗位，不脱岗、睡岗、玩手机、干与工作无关事项。
2. 遵守公司安全管理规定，文明值班，规范用语。
3. 认真完成交接班，确保工作连续无漏洞。

1.高中以上学历背景
2.持有消防设施监控员中级资格证
3.酒店相关工作两年以上
