 君澜巨人南浔古镇度假酒店位于南浔古镇景区内。君澜度假酒店将原有工业厂房改建转型，为保护古镇生态环境、发展旅游业作有益尝试，项目总投资3.5亿元，改建后占地面积约31.4亩，由8个建筑单体组成，拟建客房214间套并配套文化创意功能(美术馆、南浔民俗馆、电梯工业展览馆)、儿童乐园、书场、酒吧、餐饮等开放式步行街区，有室内游泳馆、健身房、SPA养生、住宿等度假休闲区， 有会议、多媒体厅、教育等培训商务区。
