岗位职责 Job responsibility

1.全面负责餐饮销售等的推销、预订工作；

Responsible for the promotion and reservation of catering sales

2.制定餐饮销售的市场推销计划、建立并完善餐饮销售部工作程序和标准，制定餐饮销售部规章

Develop the marketing plan of catering sales, establish and improve the working procedures and standards of catering sales department, formulate the rules and regulations of catering sales department

3.建立改善餐饮销售日记、客户合同存档、餐饮销售订单和预报单的存档记录，使之成为有效的工作程序和管理手段；

Establish and improve the records of f&b sales diary, customer contract filing, f&b sales order and forecast to make it an effective work procedure and management means

4.与餐饮部总监和行政总厨沟通协调，共同议定宴会菜单及价格；

Coordinate with f&b director and executive chef to determine banquet menu and price

5.定期对下属进行绩效评估，按奖惩制度实施奖惩，并加强对员工的培训工作、提高员工素质。
Conduct regular performance evaluation on subordinates, implement rewards and punishments according to the reward and punishment system, and strengthen the training of employees and improve their quality.
岗位要求 Job requirements
1.具有酒店餐饮销售岗位工作经验，特别是包厢销售的销售，能结合行业特点开展整体市场营销工作，有一定的客户积累，团队合作精神；

have working experience in hotel catering sales, especially in box sales, can carry out overall marketing work in combination with industry characteristics, with certain customer accumulation and team spirit;

2.对餐饮销售的组织及执行有丰富的经验；

Have rich experience in organizing and executing food and beverage sales

3.具有较强的管理能力、判断和决策能力、人际沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力。

With strong management ability, judgment and decision-making ability, interpersonal communication and coordination ability, planning and execution ability.
