岗位职责

Job responsibility

1、检查日常运作情况确保符合标准;负责健身中心内外沟通顺畅，信息更新;

Check daily operation to ensure compliance with standards; Responsible for smooth communication and information update inside and outside the fitness center;

2、负责健身中心的工作安排计划;设备保养并汇报设备维修情况;维护培训记录；

Responsible for the work arrangement and plan of the fitness center; Equipment maintenance and report the equipment maintenance status; Maintain training records;

3、负责消防及安全；

Responsible for fire protection and safety;

4、接听客人电话专业、高效，并能能够提供相关信息；在健身房内对住客或会员的所有健身要求提供帮助；

Answer guest calls professionally and efficiently, and be able to provide relevant information; Assist residents or members with all fitness requests in the gym;

5、有效的员工管理；协助员工培训；

Effective staff management; Assist in staff training;

6、预测接待量；合理平分客流；

Forecast reception capacity; Reasonable and equal share of passenger flow;

7、负责健身中心各项目的经营策划，完成销售任务；

Responsible for the operation planning of the fitness center and the completion of sales tasks;

8、周边市场拓展、合作及外销工作。

Expansion, cooperation and export of surrounding markets.

岗位要求

Job requirements

1、高中以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验3年以上；

High school degree or above, more than 3 years working experience in the same position

2、有拓展市场，发展业务的能力；

Ability to expand the market and develop business;

3、掌握酒店基础管理知识，懂得成本管理与核算，熟悉康乐设施管理，了解市场营销学和公关知识；

Master basic hotel management knowledge, know cost management and accounting, be familiar with recreation facilities management, understand marketing and public relations knowledge;

4、有救生员证、教练证等相关证件者优先。

Those with lifeguard certificate, coach certificate and other relevant certificates are preferred.
