【岗位职责】
1、组织和管理工程部，确保有效的工作控制和保持高效率，用各种办法提高效率和降低费用。定期检查人员编制，保持适当的编制以便所有员工在工作时间内满负荷工作，同时平衡员工的加班和相应的使用外部承包商。
Organize and manage the Engineering Department to ensure effective work control and maintain high efficiency, using various methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Regularly review staffing levels to maintain proper staffing levels so that all employees are working at full capacity during working hours, while balancing employee overtime and appropriate use of external contractors
2、指导和监督实施有效的重大问题报告制度以及日常的维保工作，确保建筑物、设施和周边环境一直处在非常好的状态。在适当的时间安排对机械、电气和装饰维保，使它们处于良好的工作状态。
Direct and supervise the implementation of an effective Critical Issues Reporting System and daily maintenance to ensure that buildings, facilities and the surrounding environment are always in excellent condition. Schedule mechanical, electrical and decorative maintenance at the right time to keep them in good working order.
3、确保每个设备有完整的计划维保时间，包括其他部门如洗衣房，厨房，游泳池等。还包括电梯、制冷机、锅炉、冷却塔、风柜和风扇、泵、自控系统等。把这些维保计划综合为完整的维保计划。
Ensure that each equipment has a complete scheduled maintenance schedule, including other departments such as laundry, kitchen, swimming pool, etc. Also includes elevators, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, fan cabinets and fans, pumps, automatic control systems and so on. Consolidate these maintenance plans into a complete maintenance plan.
4、确保设备的所有部件安全有效的运行。如有可能，密切关注维保的效果。确保维修和试运转的记录。
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all components of the equipment. If possible, pay close attention to the effects of maintenance. Ensure maintenance and commissioning records.
5、负责工程部的预算和财务计划。必须知道酒店的财务目标。直接对酒店经理负责，根据财务计划采取各项措施，在不影响客人舒适度和安全的情况下实施节能。
Responsible for the budget and financial planning of the Engineering Department. Must know the hotel's financial goals. Directly accountable to the Hotel Manager, take all actions according to the financial plan to implement energy saving without compromising guest comfort and safety.
6、协调和监督所有承包商的工作确保按合同内规定的内容全部完成。确保外来承包商和内部员工按照公司、当地的健康和安全要求来完成工作。
Coordinate and supervise the work of all contractors to ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the contract. Ensure external contractors and internal staff perform work in accordance with company and local health and safety requirements.
7、准备设备和机房所需的备品和备件，确保充足的库存。组织和检查工程部的仓库，实施有效的库存管理。
Prepare spare parts and spare parts for equipment and machine room, ensure adequate stock. Organize and inspect warehouse of Engineering Dept., implement effective inventory management.
8、协助评估酒店长期设施需求，包括检修计划或置换工作等。和副总裁一起给总经理相应的建议并起草5年的大宗费用计划。负责推广使用先进的技术并建议酒店管理层技术工作对酒店潜在的影响。
Assist in the assessment of the hotel's long-term facility needs, including overhaul plans or replacement work. Work with VP to advise General Manager and draft a 5-year Bulk Expense Plan. Responsible for promoting the use of advanced technology and advising hotel management on the potential impact of technology work on the hotel.
9、研究和布置健康和安全，能源控制和管理的措施的实施。
Study and lay out the implementation of health and safety, energy control and management measures.
10、保持更新的各种检查证件的记录，比如（但并不局限于）：电的测试，压力容器试验，消防系统等。协助人事部经理计划对员工防火/健康/安全方面的培训。
Keep up-to-date records of all inspection documents, such as (but not limited to) electrical test, pressure vessel test, fire extinguishing system, etc. Assist HR Manager to plan fire / health / safety training for employees.
11、完成并提供区域副总裁所需的所有日常报表，确保有效的记录档案。
Complete and provide all daily reports required by the Regional Vice President to ensure effective record keeping.
12、保持与消防部门，供电部门，供水部门，城管和防疫部门等联系，确保所有要求备案，一旦需要并应有一些具有支持性的建议。
Keep in touch with fire department, power department, water department, urban management and epidemic prevention department, etc., to ensure all requirements are on file, and should have some supportive suggestions when needed.
13、研究和定期检查所有维保合同的条款等以确定是否对酒店最有利。
Research and regularly review the terms of all maintenance contracts to determine if they are in the best interest of the hotel.

【岗位要求】
1、具备有关水处理，机械，制冷机，通风，空调，弱电，音响，电视，灯光，电梯，锅炉，泵等方面的知识。
Knowledge of water processor machinery, refrigeration, ventilation, air conditioning, weak electricity, audio, television, lighting, elevators, boilers, pumps, etc.
2、能够对酒店的设施设备进行维保，包括空调，通风，冷库，电力安装，灯光系统，泵，锅炉，洗衣房，厨房，电梯，消防、扶梯，音响系统，电视系统等。
Be able to maintain hotel facilities including air conditioning, ventilation, cold storage, electrical installation, lighting system, pump, boiler, laundry, kitchen, elevator, fire, escalator, sound system, TV system, etc.
3、了解掌握政府的要求和技术标准。
Knowledge of government requirements and technical standards.
4、能够执行酒店服务的要求。
Ability to perform hotel service requirements.
5、有节能方面的知识。
Knowledge of energy conservation.
6、能够对工程部的员工进行培训。
Be able to train the employees of the Engineering Department.
7、应至少具有8年酒店的工作经验或其他有关的工程领域。
Should have at least 8 years working experience in a hotel or other related engineering field.
