岗位职责
1、制定采购的方针、策略、程序文件，经管理当局批准后保证贯彻执行。
Formulate procurement policies, strategies and procedures, and ensure their implementation after being approved by the management authority.
2、审批所有采购申请单、定货单。
Examine and approve all purchase requisitions and orders.
3、根据酒店需求与市场供应审定价格合理、货品质量可靠、信誉好、售后服务优的供应厂商，确定供应关系。
according to the hotel demand and market supply review reasonable price, reliable quality of goods, good reputation, excellent after-sales service suppliers, to determine the supply relationship.
4、负责与厂商进行大宗商品定货的主要业务谈判，审查所有合同及其他业务和约的执行和落实。
Responsible for major business negotiations with manufacturers for bulk commodity orders, and review the execution and implementation of all contracts and other business agreements.
5、负责组织市场调查研究，及时酒店提供市场信息，指导下属按计划完成酒店的各类采购任务，并在预算内尽量做到降低成本、节省开支。
Responsible for organizing market research, providing market information to the hotel in a timely manner, guiding subordinates to complete various procurement tasks of the hotel as planned, and trying to reduce costs and save expenses within the budget.
6、经常检查本部门执行经济、海关、检疫、卫生等法律法规情况，及时处理发现的问题。
Regularly inspect the department's implementation of laws and regulations on economy, customs, quarantine, health, etc., and timely deal with the problems found.
7、筹备酒店或国际连号酒店工作经验优先。
Working experience in hotel preparation or international hotel chain is preferred
岗位要求
1、具有5年以上国际连号酒店和筹备酒店各项物品的采购经验。
More than 5 years of experience in purchasing international hotels and preparing hotel items.
2、对采购程序，采购合同的订立比较精通。
Proficient in procurement procedures and the conclusion of procurement contracts.
3、具有较强的组织能力和沟通能力及管理能力，强大抗压能力。
Strong organizational, communication and management skills, strong ability to work under pressure.
