岗位职责
Job responsibility
1.负责网络及其设备的维护、管理、故障排除等日常工作，确保公司网络日常的正常运作；
1. Responsible for network and equipment maintenance, management, troubleshooting and other daily work, to ensure the normal daily operation of the company network;
2.负责公司办公环境的软硬件和桌面系统的日常维护；
Responsible for the daily maintenance of the software and hardware of the company's office environment and desktop system;
3.维护和监控公司局域网、广域网，保证其正常运行，确保局域网、广域网在工作期间内安全稳定运行；
Maintain and monitor the company's LAN and WAN to ensure their normal operation, and ensure their safe and stable operation during the working period;
4.安装和维护公司计算机、服务器系统软件和应用软件，同时为其他部门提供软硬件技术支持；
Install and maintain the company's computer, server system software and application software, and provide software and hardware technical support to other departments;
5.解决排除各种软硬件故障，做好记录，定期制作系统运行报告；
Solved and eliminated various hardware and software faults, kept records, and made regular system operation reports;
6.维护数据中心，对系统数据进行备份。

岗位要求
Job requirements
1.精通计算机专业知识，具备饭店管理系统的基本知识优先。
Proficient in computer knowledge, basic knowledge of hotel management system is preferred.
2.有一定的英语阅读能力。
Have certain English reading ability.
3.能独立解决日常电脑系统出现的各种问题。
Can solve various problems of daily computer system independently.
4.对工作认真负责，保证电脑系统的正常运行。
Responsible for work, ensure the normal operation of the computer system.
5.具有一定的组织管理协调能力。
Ability to organize, manage and coordinate.
