岗位职责

Job  responsibility

1、预测市场需求,为酒店争取市场关键时机。

Forecast market demand and strive for key market opportunities for the hotel.

2、协助各下属酒店公司收益最大化,提高市场份额,同时取得更好的收益。

Assist each subordinate hotel company to maximize revenue, increase market share, and achieve better revenue.

3、与下属酒店公司预订部及销售团队紧密合作以推动针对性收入,在个人和团队预定中始终坚持高标准的客服理念。

Work closely with the Reservations Department and sales team of subordinate hotels to drive targeted revenue and adhere to a high standard of customer service philosophy in individual and team reservations.

4、始终能对环境竞争,优化每间可销售客房的平均收益。

Always compete against the environment and optimize the average revenue per saleable room.

5、相应敏锐的洞察力,在公司里利用收入管理策略的眼光来领导团队。

 Corresponding keen insight to lead the team with a vision of revenue management strategy in the company.

6、适当调节以保证酒店房间销售和收益最大化,按照标准执行并记录。

Proper adjustment to ensure maximization of hotel room sales and revenue, implement and record according to standards.

7、监督各酒店公司房间预订流量,节假日、特定时间段、OTA平台等价格展示情况,并确保操作系统与公司标准相一致。

Supervise the room booking flow of each hotel company, the price display of holidays, specific time periods, OTA platforms, etc., and ensure the operating system is consistent with the company standards.

8、具备制订和执行营业预算及经营计划的能力。

Ability to formulate and implement business budget and business plan.

9、具备制订符合下属酒店公司总体营业目标及行动方案的能力。

Have the ability to formulate the overall business objectives and action plans in line with the subordinate hotel companies.

10、负责跟踪和分析预订流程,团队流量,特别关注和加强团队预留房管理,更好的做好团队适度减量,最大程度提高收益。

Responsible for tracking and analyzing the reservation process, team flow, paying special attention to and strengthening team reservation management, doing a better job of appropriately reducing team volume and maximizing revenue.

11、根据下属各酒店公司收益情况做出分析,每周召开收益信息会,每月召开下属各酒店公司收益管理分析会。
Analyzed the earnings of subordinate hotel companies, held weekly earnings information meetings and monthly earnings management analysis meetings of subordinate hotel companies.

岗位要求
1、5年以上星级综合酒店销售经理或国际连号酒店收益经理岗位工作经验,大体量酒店或酒店群工作经验;

At least 5 years working experience as sales manager of star hotel or revenue manager of international chain hotel, working experience in large volume hotel or hotel group;

2、具有团队协作能力和管理能力;

Good teamwork and management skills;

3、出色的沟通、计划管理和问题解决能力、抗压能力;

Excellent communication, plan management, problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure;

4、对市场不断变化较有很好的敏感性;
 Good sensitivity to the constant changes of the market;
