职位描述

1.      Develop annual hotel training plans and prepare yearly reports to management

制定年度培训计划和准备酒店年度报告。

2.      Develop and maintain hotel’s training facilities which include the training room & library, and Accor Corner.

发展和维护酒店培训设备设施,包括培训教室和图书馆,以及雅高角。

3.      Prepare the monthly training calendar and arrange the training courses

准备月度培训计划和安排培训课程。

4.      Maintain, supervisory and management training records

维护、监督和管理培训记录。

5.      Identify internal and external training resources and optimize the training budget

识别内部和外部培训资源以及优化培训预算。

6.      Treat customers and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect and sensitivity.

使用符合集团文化的行为并且尊重及灵活地对待每一位客人和同事。

7.      Identify and deal with issues which may cause cross cultural conflict or misunderstanding.

识别和处理可能导致跨文化冲突或误解的问题。

8.      Provide training to support quality standards to ensure a guest experience

提供支持保证服务质量和奢华顾客体验的培训项目。

9.      Greet and be generous to all guests and colleagues and always willing to offer the assistance

主动热情的回应客人及同事的需求,并提供帮助。

10.   Organize Talent Relations activities

组织人才关系活动

11.   Conduct an annual training needs analysis for each department within the hotel and incorporate the hotel’s training plan with the Business Plan of the hotel

对于酒店内的各部门开展年度培训进行需求分析,并且将酒店年度培训计划与业务计划相结合。

12.   Review training policies, procedures and practices and recommends improvement to management

回顾培训政策、程序和实践,并且向管理层建议改进提高的意见。

13.   Coordinate with the department managers to help identify departmental trainer and training opportunities for ambassadors

协调各部门经理,来帮助他们识别部门培训师和培训机会。

14.   Counsel hotel personnel as needed in areas such as career planning, training and development etc.

根据需求为人才开展相应职业生涯规划、培训和发展等咨询。

15.   Manage and implement company training programs and deliver training sessions with educational methods adapted to adult learning styles

管理和执行公司培训项目并使用适合成年人学习的风格来实施培训课程。

16.   Develop and adapt training programs to meet day to day hotel needs(including lesson plans, participant materials, job aids and user manuals)

发展和改进培训方案以满足酒店的需求(包括课程计划、学员手册、辅助程序和用户手册)

17.   Maximize learning by providing a creative and efficient environment in the delivery of training sessions

在培训课程中最大化的提供有创造性的和有影响力的学习环境。

18.   Share responsibilities for the integration and orientation process of new hires and assist with implementation of new policies, procedures and standards

在新人才入职程序中负责整体流程和入职培训,并且协助执行所有新的政策、程序和标准。
