1.     To ensure the accuracy of all charges and credits to the various debtor accounts and ensure they are posted on a timely basis.
确保各借方账目的所有账目和信贷的准确性，并确保其及时过账。
2.     The preparation and mailing of account statements to customers on a timely basis and to monitor the subsequent collection of all accounts.
及时准备客户的账单，及时将这些账单邮寄给客户，监控所有账款的后续收款。
3.     To conduct all necessary credit checks on all new credit applicants, to make recommendations according to existing credit policies and to maintain details of credit given to customers.
执行对所有新的信用申请人的所有必需信用检查，根据现有信用政策提出建议，维持提供给客户的信用详情。
4.     The completion and updating of all individual debtor records.
完成、更新所有单独的信用客户记录。
5.     To discharge the duties in an effective and efficient manner.

6.     Process all Credit Applications, ensuring that the clients are notified promptly and
professionally.
处理所有信用申请，确保及时、专业地通知各位客户。
7.     In the AR module, set up AR accounts for newly approved credits and ensure creditors’ details are correct at all times.
在应收账款模块中，为新批准的信用设立应收账款账目，并确保债权人的详细情况于任何时候均属正确。
8.     Accountable for the accurate processing of all AR accounts.
负责准确处理所有应收账款账目。
9.     Ensure that all Trade Debtors’ invoices are accurate; all services invoiced supported by a
 
 valid guarantee of payment and the room rates correct.
确保所有应收账款的发票是正确的；所有出具发票的服务均有有效的付款凭证，且付款理由是正确的。
10.  Responsible for the timely transfer of the invoices to the city ledger and prompt mailing (or emailing) of the invoices to the debtors.
负责及时将发票转移至挂账，并即时将发票邮寄（或发电子邮件给）信用客户。
11.  Answer debtors’ inquiries promptly and effectively.
即时、有效地回答信用客户的询问。
12.  Process all cheques and payments received accurately and on a daily basis.
每天准确处理收到的所有支票和付款。
13.  Complete a daily summary of all adjustments related to the City Ledger; ensure that it is distributed as necessary and reconciled with a PMS generated report at end of shift.
完成与挂账有关的所有调整的每日概要，确保其按需进行分配，并在轮班结束时根据PMS 系统生成的报告进行对账。
14.  Ensure that all debtors trading beyond their normal terms are followed up regularly and that the Credit Manager is notified of any accounts that are continually in this situation.

15.  Process all travel agent commission payments on a weekly basis.
每个星期处理一次支付给所有旅行社的佣金。
16.  Ensure that all credit card transactions are verified for completeness and the accounts formally reconciled on a daily basis.
确保核实所有信用卡交易的完整性，并确保每天正式核对一次账目。
17.  Calculate and accurately post commissions.
计算出佣金，并准确过账。
18.  Promptly investigate all credit card disputes, liaising with the Front Office and the banks.
即时调查所有信用卡争议，联络前台和银行。
19.  Collate all necessary paperwork to justify credit card refunds and obtain sign off from the management before refunds can be processed.
仔细检查所有必需的文件，以证实信用卡退款，并在能够处理退款之前，得到管理层签字作实。
20.  Accurately process all Monthly Statements, ensuring that they are mailed promptly.
准确处理所有每月报表，确保即时邮寄该等报表。
21.  Ensure that all Month End reports are printed and forwarded to the Financial Controller to prepare the balance sheet reconciliation.
确保打印出所有月末报告，并转发给财务总监，以编制资产负债表的科目明细对账表。
22.  Perform ‘month end close’ of the debtors system (in the rare cases where the AR Ledger is not interfaced to the Accounting system).
履行应收帐系统的“月末结帐”（极少数出现的情形是，应收账款分类账并未联接会计系统）
 
23.  To keep closed contact with hotel debtors i.e. Travel Agents, Airlines, Corporate clients and Individuals.
24.  To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by higher management.
当被更高管理层指定履行任何其它职责时，应随时准备好并负责履行该等职责。
