岗位职责Job responsibility
1、
按照市场传讯经理的指示，负责设计、美工制作、酒店宣传用品、市场推广以及与酒店服务有关的宣传品设计。负责供应商与酒店之间的沟通，确保所有出品准时完成，并符合酒店集团标准。协助市场传讯经理日常工作和分配下的特别任务。

Responsible for design, art production, hotel promotional materials, marketing and promotional materials related to hotel services as directed by the Marketing Manager. Responsible for communication between suppliers and hotel to ensure all products are completed on time and in accordance with hotel Group standards. Assist Marketing Communications Manager in daily work and special assignment.

岗位要求
1、按照饭店宣传品和广告的标准制作美工设计。
1, according to the hotel promotional materials and advertising standards to produce art design.
2、为市场传讯总经理提供所有宣传品和广告的设计方面的技术支持。
2. Provide technical support to the general manager of marketing communications on the design of all promotional materials and advertisements.
3、准备每周工作报告至市场传媒部门。
3. Prepared weekly work reports to the marketing and media department.
4、维护酒店形象。

5、负责公关活动的摄影及照片的剪辑。
5. Responsible for photography and photo editing of public relations activities.
6、更新和维护酒店图片库，听从直接汇报人指挥进行必要工作。
6. Updated and maintained the photo library of the hotel, and carried out necessary work under the command of the direct sender.
7、负责所有的设计工作包括设计、排版、影印和印刷。
7. Responsible for all design work including design, typesetting, photocopying and printing.
8、监督酒店所有宣传品的质量。

9、参加酒店促销活动

10、与市场传讯经理工作，确保在所有酒店宣传品、广告及媒体报道都给酒店带来最优良的形象宣传。
10. Work with the Marketing Communications Manager to ensure that all hotel materials, advertising and media reports are presented to the hotel with the best image publicity.
