岗位职责 
Job responsibility
1、负责中央空调及给排水系统、生产工艺系统方面的技术管理和维护维修。
Responsible for the technical management and maintenance of the central air conditioning and water supply systems, as well as the production process systems.
2、及时发现专业设备方面存在的隐患，并进行有效处理，一旦出现突发事故，及时有效的解决。
Timely identify potential hazards in professional equipment and take effective measures to deal with them. In case of any sudden accidents, resolve them promptly and effectively.
3、制订专业方面的预防维护性维修保养计划，并跟进执行。
Formulate a preventive maintenance plan for professional aspects and follow up on its implementation.
4、针对设施设备运行情况，定期提出节能方案，经批准后，跟进执行。

岗位要求 
Job requirements
1.高中以上文化程度。
High school education or above.
2.持有相关证书。
Preferably with relevant certificates
3.能充分领会工上级的经营意识，能组织和指挥本岗位工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转。Can fully understand the management consciousness of the superior, can organize and direct the implementation of the work plan, to ensure the normal operation of the engineering department.
4.有强烈的事业心与责任心和配合精神，秉公办事，不谋私利。
Have a strong sense of dedication and responsibility and spirit of cooperation, impartially handle affairs, do not seek personal gains.
