岗位职责 Job responsibility
1.根据预测、团体餐安排及重要宾客的人数来安排工作。
Work according to forecasts, group meal schedules, and the number of VIP guests.
2.做好销售，宾客投诉、解决办法及相关员工、设备的记录。
Record sales, guest complaints, solutions and related staff and equipment
3..建立收银调节控制程序，在服务前后，要按此程序来工作。
Set up cashier control procedures, before and after the service, to work according to this procedure
4.随时注意听取宾客的意见，及时向上级反映,随时注意在接待工作中的各种问题，及时向上级反映和协助处理。

岗位要求 Job requirements
1..初中毕业或具有同等学历，有餐饮或其他服务行业工作经验者优先。(实习生、应届毕业生也可）
Junior high school graduate or equivalent, working experience in catering or other service industry is preferred. (interns and fresh graduates are also allowed)
2.有一定的服务技能技巧和一定的应变能力，能妥善处理服务中出现的一般性问题。
Have certain service skill skill and certain strain capacity, can handle the general problem in the service properly.
3.掌握餐厅服务规程，工作主动、热情、认真，责任心较强。
